When will I get my order?As a small business we take 3-5 business days to dispatch your order. Once it is dispatched, it will arrive within the estimated delivery time provided at checkout. Please note, during especially busy time periods, such as holidays, delivery could take longer.

What are my shipping options?All orders are shipped via Royal Mail. We encourage you to select tracked shipping at checkout to ensure your parcel is protected against loss or theft. However, there is also a cheaper, untracked option available at the customer's own risk.

Can I cancel my order?If your order is not marked as dispatched, you can contact us at nicotinemoonart@gmail.com to arrange a cancellation.

My parcel hasn't arrived. What do I do?If you placed your order with tracked shipping, get in touch and we can get in touch with the delivery provider on your behalf. Unfortunately, if you didn't select tracked shipping at checkout, we cannot do this.

Do you do returns/refunds?As we are a small business, nicotinemoon can only accept returns or refunds if there was a mistake on our part, such as sending the wrong item or wrong size/colour. You can contact us via our email nicotinemoonart@gmail.com with image proof in order to sort a return or refund.

What about custom fees?Unfortunately, if you are ordering from outside the UK, your country may apply custom fees to your order. Where this is the case, the customer will be responsible for the fees.

I need to change my shipping addressAs long as the order has not been marked as dispatched, you can get in touch via our email (nicotinemoonart@gmail.com) in order to change this. If the order has already been marked as dispatched, unfortunately we cannot make any changes.

Is my information safe?Yes, all transactions and payment information is handled by Wix.com. Please contact them if you have any questions regarding this.
